Return & Refund Policy

To start a return please send and email to: theradiogarage@gmail.com
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must contact The Radio Garage within 14 days of receiving your item, a refund will be issued to any items that are NOT opened, used, or modified (this includes any service that was performed on the item by The Radio Garage).
A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to the customer for all returned items requiring a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
All items must be packaged the same way they were received from The Radio Garage. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Once the item is received at The Radio Garage and found to be un-used, un-opened & un-modified a refund will be issued minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
Radios are non returnable for refund if ordered with any modifications.

All repairs or services performed by The Radio Garage carry a minimum 90 day in-house warranty. Warranty is void if item is found to be misused or abused. (Final Transistors are not covered)
Our warranty covers issues with parts that were used that are found to be defective or workmanship.
Shipping charges are not included.
New CB & 10 Meter Radios are Factory warranty only! Returns and warranty work are to be handled by the respective manufacturer, and not The Radio Garage. This is totally separate from our in-house warranty.
If you wish to send a radio back to The Radio Garage that is under factory warranty instead of the respective manufacturers service facility you will charged accordingly and you must get authorization to do so first by contacting us at theradiogarage@gmail.com.
